Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 4dmoon platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4dmoon as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. 4dmoon reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close any account that cannot verify its age eligibility.
Account Creation & Security
Registration & Personal Information
When registering an account on 4dmoon, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account termination without notice.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 4dmoon support immediately.
One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 4dmoon. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen and any existing balances being forfeited without compensation.
Identity Verification
4dmoon reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a copy of your national ID — at any stage, particularly prior to processing withdrawals or during account security reviews. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 4dmoon user, you agree to comply with all platform rules and applicable Malaysian laws. By using this platform, you accept the following key responsibilities:
- Do not use the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to hack, alter, or interfere with the platform's technical functions in any way.
- Do not share or transfer your account to any third party.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Do not distribute obscene, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content through the platform.
- Do not attempt to abuse any promotions, bonuses, or platform reward systems in bad faith.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including suspension or permanent closure of your account.
Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 4dmoon platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). This includes deposits, withdrawals, and any fees related to the use of our services. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them.
Deposit Policy
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform from time to time. 4dmoon is not liable for any delays in deposit processing caused by technical issues on the part of banks or payment providers. If a deposit is not credited to your account within the expected timeframe, please contact support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the name of the account holder. 4dmoon reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits. Processing times typically range from a few minutes to one business day, depending on the chosen method.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
4dmoon reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these terms, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or at the request of relevant authorities.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the necessary security checks have been completed.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
4dmoon shall not be liable for any indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 4dmoon makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.
In all circumstances, 4dmoon's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
All content on the 4dmoon platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 4dmoon or its respective licensors. Any reproduction, redistribution, or reuse of content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The 4dmoon platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 4dmoon is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing such links is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms of those respective websites.
4dmoon reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via the platform or their registered email. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
